/ 5) "Today was our first true test of how this unit works since we have the two grandchildren here and we are all taking back-to-back baths or showers. The unit lived up to all that was spoken to us. We had continuous hot water. The installation was easy, the installers to every precaution to insure the house was kept clean, especially since it was raining and they were in and out of the house numerous times. Everything about the operation, maintenance and warranty were explained before they departed. In all, this was a very professionally orchestrated sale and install. Thanks to Sam Ragsdale (our neighbor) for recommending Rinnai and Texas Water Heaters."
