"The young mas who came out was pleasant and efficient. No complaints. I gave you a 4 star rating only because I wanted vinegar to be used to flush out my Rinnais. I don't like citric acid and can still get a taste of it in my kitchen water. I did run water in the tubs for 10 minutes as told. I hope you will switch to vinegar.Thank you."
